This Cookie Policy explains how Stashbox and Elettro Incorporated use cookies, local storage, pixels, embedded services, and similar technologies. It also provides a preference center for optional site-managed technologies.
Cookie Preferences
1. What These Technologies Are
A cookie is a small data file stored by a browser. Local storage and similar browser technologies store preferences or technical information on a device. Pixels, SDKs, server logs, and related tools may record interactions or connect activity across systems.
2. Categories We Use
Essential technologies
These support core operation, security, navigation, player behavior, consent records, and other functions requested by the visitor. They remain active because the service does not work properly without them.
Analytics technologies
These help us understand page visits, listening activity, playback duration, completed plays, shares, product clicks, errors, device categories, and performance trends.
Marketing and personalization technologies
These may support campaign measurement, audience selection, relevant promotion, sponsorship reporting, or personalized content when those features are active.
3. Current Site Storage
Stashbox uses browser storage for functions such as consent choices, player state, interface preferences, and temporary service behavior. Records may include a preference version, category selections, and a timestamp.
4. Embedded Media and Third Parties
Pages may load or link to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Shopify, social platforms, and other services. Those providers may set cookies or use similar technologies under their own policies when their content loads or when you interact with it. Stashbox does not control third-party storage.
5. Your Controls
You may use the preference center above, browser privacy settings, cookie deletion controls, private-browsing tools, content blockers, or recognized opt-out signals. Blocking essential technologies may affect playback, saved choices, embedded media, or other features.
Where legally required and technically applicable, Stashbox will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for sale or sharing and will keep marketing preferences disabled.
6. Duration
Session technologies expire when a session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their configured expiration, replacement, or deletion. The Stashbox consent record remains until you clear browser storage or the preference version changes.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy as technologies, providers, and legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
8. Contact
Questions about cookies and privacy choices should be sent to dpalermo@elettro.com or mailed to Elettro Incorporated, Attn: Privacy, 2231 SW 97th Road, Davie, Florida 33324, United States.
