This Privacy Policy explains how Elettro Incorporated collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through Stashbox.com, Stashbox Radio, and related pages and services.

• messages, booking inquiries, support requests, rights claims, and legal notices
• artist submissions, music and video metadata, ownership information, credits, release details, and signed agreements

• IP address, browser, device type, operating system, language, approximate location, referring page, and timestamps
• pages viewed, searches, filters, songs selected, playback starts, listening duration, completed plays, likes, shares, share visits, video interactions, and product clicks

We may receive limited information from hosting, analytics, embedded-media, ecommerce, social, email, security, and content-delivery providers, as well as from artists, managers, labels, publishers, and authorized representatives.

You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.

• cloud hosting, database, storage, content-delivery, analytics, email, security, development, and support providers working for us
• embedded-media, social, ecommerce, advertising, and merchandise providers when you use their features or follow their links
• artists, managers, labels, publishers, rights administrators, and representatives when needed to manage authorized content or resolve a rights issue
• government authorities, courts, law enforcement, regulators, and other parties when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety
• a buyer, investor, lender, insurer, adviser, or successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale involving the business

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about visitors.

These rights apply only when the relevant California law covers the business and the information.

Stashbox does not sell personal information for money. If Stashbox later engages in activity defined as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable California law, it will provide the required opt-out method and honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required.

11. Children

The services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information should contact us for review and deletion.

12. International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or other lawful safeguards.

YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Shopify, social platforms, and other third parties control their own data practices. Their policies apply when you load, use, or visit their services.
