These Terms of Use govern access to Stashbox.com, Stashbox Radio, Stashbox music and video pages, and related public services operated by Elettro Incorporated. By visiting, listening, watching, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. A parent or legal guardian must supervise minors.
3. Music, Video, Artwork, and Other Content
The services contain music, sound recordings, compositions, videos, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, names, likenesses, metadata, software, and other materials owned by Stashbox, Elettro Incorporated, or third-party rightsholders who authorized their use.
Streaming or viewing content does not transfer ownership or grant a license to download, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, synchronize, sample, remix, train artificial-intelligence systems on, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content.
4. Permitted Use
You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the public services for personal, lawful, noncommercial listening and viewing through the interfaces Stashbox provides.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- copy, rip, record, download, rebroadcast, retransmit, scrape, archive, or redistribute music or video except through an expressly provided feature
- circumvent playback controls, access controls, security measures, geographic restrictions, or technical protections
- use automated systems to create artificial plays, views, likes, shares, clicks, traffic, or engagement
- interfere with the player, APIs, hosting, databases, content delivery, or other infrastructure
- upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights
- impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or submit false ownership claims
- use the services in a way that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, or other law
6. Content Availability and Service Changes
Stashbox decides which songs, videos, products, features, playlists, visual experiences, and links appear. Content or features may be added, changed, suspended, restricted, or removed at any time. Stashbox does not guarantee continuous availability, a specific catalog, uninterrupted playback, or compatibility with every device or browser.
7. Third-Party Services and Commerce
The services may link to or embed YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Shopify, social networks, advertisers, sponsors, payment providers, and other third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Stashbox does not control third-party content, availability, transactions, fulfillment, returns, security, or data practices.
8. Artist and User Submissions
Submitting music, video, artwork, metadata, messages, or other material does not require Stashbox to publish or retain it. Separate submission terms, ownership certifications, or a signed Content License and Release Agreement may apply. You must hold every right required for the submitted material and must not submit material subject to undisclosed ownership disputes, samples, licenses, liens, or conflicting agreements.
9. Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints must follow the Copyright and DMCA Policy. Stashbox may remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing a claim.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Elettro Incorporated disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, and security. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elettro Incorporated, Stashbox, their owners, officers, employees, contractors, artists, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, device damage, or claims arising from third-party services.
For any claim not lawfully excluded, total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid directly to Elettro Incorporated for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elettro Incorporated, Stashbox, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use, your submitted material, your rights representations, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
Stashbox may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes a user violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the services, or interfered with other users or infrastructure. Sections intended to survive termination remain in effect.
14. Governing Law and Venue
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to a legally required alternative forum must be brought exclusively in a state court located in Broward County, Florida, or the United States District Court serving Broward County. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
Stashbox may update these Terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
